Question.. Can I exchange my boots or get a refund if im not satisfied?

www.uggfootwear.com.au only sell quality products. But if you are not satisfied with your purchase - You have ordered the wrong style or the sizing is incorrect . We will be only to happy to exchange your goods for another product as long as they are returned within 30 days of receiving your goods. They must be in new condition. Postage cost's for return's exchanges will be payable by the customer. Money refunds will be granted less the initial postage costs. This also applies if you purchased while we were running a free postage deal as we still have to pay the initial postage cost. Also a re-stocking fee of £9 is payable if you choose to return your goods for a complete refund. So please ensure you order the correct product before you checkout. We must be notified about any return product within seven day of receipt . All goods must be received back in their original packaging and in new condition within 30 days of receipt of goods. *I want to cancel my Order before they ship*
Question.. I've ordered boots but ive decided I want to cancel the order if they have not been sent. Is this possible?

Answer.. Sure not a problem as long as the boots have not been sent, If they have its out of our hands. But if we have not shipped your product and you still want to cancel that is fine. Please note if we have processed your payment for your order and you request your order be stopped then in this case their will be a cancellation fee of £4 for administration and bank fees due to refunds that need to take place

*Caring for your boots*

One thing to remember with Sheep skin leather is that the material will vary from hide to hide and from boot to boot as sheepskin is a completely natural product. Every sheepskin hide has unique characteristics which take on the dyes in the tanning process differently. We think this builds the character of our boots. It is becoming more and more harder to source quality skins to make our boots due to drought conditions in Australia, plus the worldwide demand for sheepskin's all contributes to the adding strain to source quality skins. We must also explain that will only purchase genuine Australian skins direct from Australian tanneries and skin dealers within australia. These tanneries and sheepskin dealers have several grades of quality in a skin. Most online retailer say they only sell A grade quality boots but this if far from the truth. Theirs is a huge difference in cost when comparing A Grade skins to B grade skins. But their is not a huge difference in the quality. B grade may be slightly thinner in the pelt of the skin or have a thinner internal fleece. So an online retailer who is not actual manufacturers can pretty much get away with selling a B grade boot described as an A grade boots without the consumer knowing. This all contributes to more profit margins for the online retailer due to the lower cost to purchase the B grade boot. Remember 99% of the online retailers are purchasing from the middle man and re-selling online.
